Hotel mansarovar international is very close to har ki pauri, haridwar. It is in the middle of market and easily accessible from railway Station. The staffs managers are well behaved and helpful. I will rate it high.

the manager was so rude he is west Bengal I forgot his name he was showing like this he is doing a favor to us. i was booked 2 room in this hotel one for my self one for my father .he give us room their TV is not working hot water not available any kettle for hot water. we were paid 6000 rs for one night for two-room. we complain to the manager the tv is not working in our rooms so he said rahana hai tho raho nahi tho chalay jaho . look his words. i complain next day to make my trip coustmer care they gave me only apologies for this happened. this kind of hotel should remove from the online portal. pls guys this hotel is a waste of money.

I have stayed in the hotel during first week of october,18 for three days with my family. Though I had prior booking from Kolkata for a specific room, the hotel has alloted us another room, telling us a lie that the pre fixed room is under repair. When I have checked up the said room, I found that it was alloted to some other people. While our original alloted room was well furnished, the hotel authority has on the contrary alloted us a dirty room. The toilet was unclean and the cistern was broken, there was dirty water accumulation in the bathroom.They did not attend the room properly, inspite of our repeated requests. On the contrary, the reception staff was un courteous and did not care at all. Somehow we passed our stay there and checked out. This is for information of the aspiring tourists proposing to stay in the hotel to apply caution. A K Kundu Kolkata

I stayed in Hotel Manasarovar International Hotel at Haridwar for a week with my family. Pros: Location, Room size, friendly Room Attendants. Cons: Lack of maintenance, unclean bathroom, DTH connection snapped, unhelpful Front Desk, no attached Restaurant.
